CPP No. 11-2492
strange thing is that the Security Council of the United Nations, Resolution 1973 and the pretext of protecting the people, allow foreign powers to intervene in Libya. Not acting the same way with the bombing of Israel in Gaza that killed (and die now) hundreds of Palestinians, nor say anything about the bloody crushing of the revolt made by Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and UAE.
TOWARDS A REVOLUTION IN TUNISIA
The fall of Ben Ali in Tunisia has been popular reaction product of prostration by the state in which the people are poverty, unemployment and blatant enrichment of a few, constituted the trigger that activated the people against the dictatorship that oppressed and delayed. The straw that broke the camel, was the death of Mohammed Bouazizi student, an unemployed university that opened the saga that ended with 23 years of dictatorship. In this revolutionary movement have involved various entities, but without the political orientation of a democratic party. Ben Ali's dictatorship has failed to build popular games to lead the people towards a just and democratic society. At the moment we have a successful revolution whose definition is done in the course of days. Hopefully this popular movement does not become a failed revolution. The positive thing is the domino effect that has arisen in several countries of the region, vilified liberalism.
EGYPT REVOLUTION DEFLATION
the death of Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1970, Anwar Sadat, Mubarak having as vice president, betrayed the Arab movement led Nasser, the Palestinian struggle to regain their territories in the hands of Israeli and anti-imperialist line Nasser imposed. Both leaders became collaborators with the U.S. and Israeli allies, the product of this alliance won a liberal. Over the years, and as always, a small oligarchy got all the benefits and the people were plunged into poverty. Under these conditions emerged on January 25 popular movement calling for economic changes, political freedom and more democracy. 17 days later with 685 dead and more than 5000 injuries coming to an end the revolution on February 11 with the removal of Mubarak, showing no revolutionary change. This movement can qualify as a revolution betrayed, why all the effort of the people to leave the state of prostration was truncated to accept an electoral process without any guarantee of return. Today Prime Minister Esam Sharaf, military formed under the aegis of Hosni Mubarak, one has the responsibility to lead the country to an election process and will not make the changes that led the popular revolution of January 25.
BAHRAIN A SLAUGHTER AGAINST THE PEOPLE
In Bahrain also have sparked protest demonstrations, poverty, lack of political freedom, subjugation by Sunni on Shiite, employment discrimination in public employment and military are the claims of the majority population. Those affected are concentrated in the Pearl Plaza. Where they were massacred. It seems that the goal of King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa was suddenly settled the demonstrators to avoid what happens in Egypt. The violent attack by Sunni government resulted in the deaths of 7 persons and more than 235 wounded. Unfortunately for the protesters, involved troops from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE in 1000 to support the number of repression remained admitted to the hospital where the wounded and kidnapped the date is not known The whereabouts of the wounded or dead. What is serious is that the United Nations did not condemn foreign intervention, is it because what is parked there the Fifth Fleet of the United States?. For some time the United Nations has become a loincloth of American interests. Acting under the orders of the empire.
LIBYA NO WAY
in Libya are the same claims of the population, although its per capita income is higher than the Peruvian, with a GDP of over $ 78 billion for a population of 6 million. The Libyan people calling for political freedom, more democracy, human rights, free elections. It is recalled that Muammar Gaddafi took power on 1 September 1969, develops a sinuous political line, it seems to cover everything without getting anything. He could not guide the people towards building a modern society based on social justice. Initially adheres to the tenets of Nasser nationalized private enterprises, land, banking, oil industry, is a revolutionary and socialist state declared mass Libya (Libyan). Fell very bad attitude in the West, accused of being a promoter of revolutions and terrorism, are also passing on the Pan-Africanist, pro-Soviet and Pan-Islamism. In 1990 all these qualifying despercude and takes a turn toward the West, this, for the love of oil, throws compliments to open the door to Shell, Total, Eni, Repsol YPF, Exxon, Mobil, Chevron. Under these conditions imposes a liberal with the consequences forever. Oppression raises human rights advocates, progressive intellectuals, disaffected tribal groups, Islamists and revolutionary youths demanding more rights and political freedoms. There are sectors of the armed forces who have joined this movement.
strange thing is that the Security Council of the United Nations, Resolution 1973 and the pretext of protecting the people, allow foreign powers to intervene in Libya. Not acting the same way with the bombing of Israel in Gaza that killed hundreds of Palestinians, nor say anything about the crushing bloody revolt made by Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and the UAE. From these events we can conclude:
1 º) that liberalism is no longer valid, is being repudiated by all countries.
2) that the great powers want to ensure oil production in that area.
3 º) is a threat to those countries the stationing of the American Fifth Fleet.
4 th) The United Nations has become a puppet of the United States should reorganize.
