What kind of loyalty to Peru can be expected of a person, if they came to high office to which it aspires, not only has sworn allegiance to another nation and another state - very different and far beyond normal appreciation or gratitude any immigrant to the country receiving it - if not that strong evidence links specific political, ideological and economic very different from Peru?. In a very likely potential conflict (or conflict) of interest, as head of state of Peru, who prefer PPK?
